I am a little late getting on here to post my review but I was very pleased with my jumper rental for my daughter's birthday. I was a little hesitant to place my reservation online and not with a live person, but I received an email from someone named Andre promptly after I did to confirm my reservation with a link to pay my deposit. The week of my party I received another email to confirm my reservation. The jumper arrived on time and the driver was very friendly. Before he left I was given a window of time that the jumper would be back to pick up and the same guy came as promised. Communication with this company is clear and concise.
